Ingredients
500 gms Chicken
6 tsp oil
2 slit green chillies
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tomatoes pureed
2 onions sliced
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp cumin/jeera powder
2 tblsp fresh cream
2 tblsp grated cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
For the marination:
1/2 cup curds
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Procedure
Wash and clean chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces
Marinate with the mentioned ingredients
In a pan heat oil, add green chillies chopped, sliced onions and fry till they turn light brown
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 mins
Add the tomato puree and fry for 5 mins
Add all the spice powders,fr 1/4 cup water, salt to taste and cook with a lid covered, till chicken becomes tender
Finally, add grated cheese and fresh cream, mix well and cook for 5 mins
Turn off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
