
Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken cut into pieces
2 onions sliced
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tblsp oil
salt to taste
3 tsp fresh cream
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
2 tsp Kasuri methi
Make a paste of:
10 soaked cashew nuts
8 soaked almonds
2-3 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 cup curd
Procedure
In a pan heat oil and saute sliced onion till it becomes light brown in colour
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 3 mins
Put the chicken pieces and cook with a lid covered
When it is cooked add the paste, salt to taste and water to adjust the consistency of the gravy
Put the cream, kitchen king masala, Kasuri methi and give one boil
Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti or any rice.
