Murg Shahi Kurma





Ingredients


1/2 kg chicken cut into pieces

2 onions sliced

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

3 tblsp oil

salt to taste

3 tsp fresh cream

1 tsp Kitchen King Masala

chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

2 tsp Kasuri methi


Make a paste of:

10 soaked cashew nuts

8 soaked almonds

2-3 tsp red chilli powder

1/4 cup curd




Procedure

  • In a pan heat oil and saute sliced onion till it becomes light brown in colour

  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 3 mins

  • Put the chicken pieces and cook with a lid covered

  • When it is cooked add the paste, salt to taste and water to adjust the consistency of the gravy

  • Put the cream, kitchen king masala, Kasuri methi and give one boil

  • Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti or any rice.
