Mushroom and Corn in Chilli Garlic Sauce





Ingredients

5 baby corns cut into slices

5 button mushrooms cut into slices

1/2 capsicum cut into cubes

4 tsp oil

5 chopped garlic cloves

1 slit green chili

2 tsp tomato sauce

2 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp vinegar

2 tblsp CHING'S SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY

pinch sugar

1 tsp chili powder

2 -3 tsp cornflour diluted in 1/2 cup water

Salt to taste




Procedure


  • In a pan heat oil and saute chopped garlic, green chilli on a high flame

  • add mushrooms, corn and capsicum cubes, salt, and saute for 5 mins

  • add sauces, chili pdr,schezuan chutney, vinegar, and 1/4 cup water

  • Add salt n sugar to taste, followed by cornflour slurry

  • Cook for 5 mins till the gravy becomes thick

  • Garnish with chopped coriander or spring onion

  • If you want more gravy then increase the amount of water and cornflour slurry.
