Mushroom Butter Masala





Ingredients

1 packet mushrooms

2 tsp butter

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves

2 tblsp fresh cream or milk pdr


For the masala paste:

4 tsp oil

1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

2 finely chopped onions

1 chopped tomato

1 tsp daniya pdr/coriander

1 tsp cumin pdr/jeera

1/2 tsp turmeric pdr

1 tsp kitchen king masala

1 tsp Kasuri methi

2 tsp red chilli pdr


Heat oil in a pan, saute all the ingredients one by one. Once it comes to room temperature, grind them into a fine paste.




Procedure

  • Wash and chop the mushrooms

  • In a Kadai heat butter and put the masala and saute for 3 mins, add the chopped mushrooms, salt and cook with a covered lid

  • Add fresh cream, chopped coriander leaves, and give a stir

  • Serve with roti or rice.
