Ingredients
2 cups rice
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot, beans, and capsicum
6 mushrooms3 sliced spring onion bulbs
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion greens
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp pepper pdr
1 slit green chilli
4 garlic cloves chopped
Salt to taste
6 tsp oil
Procedure
Wash and cook rice with salt to taste and 3 1/2 cups water in cooker for 2-3 whistles(don't overcook )
Spread rice on a plate and make it cool
In a Kadai heat oil, add chopped garlic, green chilli, and spring onion bulbs chopped
Saute for a while on high flame, add veggies, salt and cook for 5 mins
Add sliced mushrooms and fry for a second
Add rice, vinegar, pepper pdr and toss well
Garnish with spring onion greens!!
