Mushroom Hot Dog

Ingredients

2 hot dog buns

3 tsp butter

2 cheese cubes

1 cup chopped mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped capsicum

1 /2 cup chopped onion

3 chopped garlic cloves

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Coriander leaves

3 tsp oil




Procedure

  • In a pan take 3 tsp oil and saute garlic and onion chopped

  • Fry for 5 minutes, add mushroom, capsicum, salt to taste, and cook it

  • Add all spices, coriander leaves and keep

  • Cut the bun, apply butter on both sides and keep the sabji

  • Put grated cheese over it and close it

  • Roast on tava or grill it in OTG at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
