Ingredients
1 cup cooked basmati rice
1 pack of mushrooms
2 tbsp oil
2 sprigs of curry leaves
2 slit green chillies
2 finely sliced onions
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander/ dhania powder
1 tsp crushed pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Wash mushrooms and chop them into slices. Heat oil and put curry leaves, sliced green chillies, and sliced onions.
Fry till the onions turn transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 mins.
Add the chopped mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.
Put the spice powders one by one and give a good mix.
Add salt to taste and cooked rice. Give a good mix.
Cook further for 5 minutes and turn off the flame.
Serve hot with any raitha.
