Ingredients
3/4 cup all-purpose flour / maida
2 tbsp besan / chickpea flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Nuts finely chopped for garnishing
Procedure
In a mixing bowl combine maida, baking soda, besan, cardamom powder
In another bowl whip, ghee, and sugar powder together with a hand mixer till it becomes a smooth mixture(1 minute on low speed and 2 mins on high speed)
Slowly fold the flour mixture into the sugar mixture and knead it together
Now make small size balls and press on top with your palm to flatten it a bit, and place the nuts on top as garnish
Place the balls on a baking tray with 1-inch gap
Bake at 300 F/ 180C in preheated oven, for 10 to 12 mins
Keep a close eye after 9 mins, as it can burn easily
Take it out and rest for 5 - 10 mins, as they are very soft and can break if you try to eat them immediately
