Ingredients
1 pack of mushrooms
5 tsp oil
1 chopped onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/4 cup curds
To be ground into a fine paste:
1/2 cup coriander leaves
6-8 mint leaves
3 green chillies
5-6 blanched palak/spinach leaves
Procedure
Wash and cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces
In a Kadai heat oil and saute onions till transparent
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 5 mins
Put the ground paste and fry till it loses the raw smell
Add the cut mushrooms, salt and cook with a lid covered
Add the curd and mix well
If you want the gravy to add 1/2 cup water and cook till the mushrooms are cooked
Serve hot with hot phulkas.
