Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup daliya powder /putani /hurigadale
2 tbsp oil/ghee /butter
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Hurigadale /Roasted dal
4 tbsp roasted peanuts (little crushed)
curry leaves
1 tsp chilli powder or crushed green chillies 4
Water as required to knead the dough
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Mix all the above ingredients and make a soft dough like chapati atta
Make small balls
Grease one plastic sheet and place the balls on it
Press it with your hands and give the shape
Fry them on a medium flame till they turn crisp and golden brown.
Store in an airtight container.
