Ingredients
1 cup of rice floor
1/4 cup maida
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup putani/ roasted daliya
2 sprigs of curry leaves chopped
1.5 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp sesame seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Slightly crush the peanuts and keep them aside
Take a bowl and mix rice flour, maida, salt chopped curry leaves, red chilli powder crushed peanuts and putani
Mix well and make a soft dough adding water as required
Heat oil, divide the dough into small portions and make balls
Press each ball on a greased plastic sheet and deep fry on a medium flame till brown and crisp
Store in an airtight container once it comes to room temperature
Enjoy with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
