This is a South Indian style chaat made with the popular snack down South called Nippattu or Thattai which are nothing but savory crackers, finished with a flavorsome topping. And here I have used homemade baked nippattu.
Ingredients
4 Nippattu /Thattai
1 small onion chopped
1 small tomato chopped
1 small piece of cucumber chopped
1/2 cup masala mixture/fine sev
Green mint chutney
Sweet tamarind chutney
1 tsp chaat masala
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Place nippattu on a serving plate. If you want you can also slightly crush the nippattu.
Top the nippattu with all the ingredients mentioned one by one
Serve immediately.
You can also use masala peanuts, pomegranate pearls.
