Oats and Aloo Tikki





Ingredients

2 boiled potatoes

3 tblsp oats

2 green chillies crushed

1/2 tsp chat masala

1/2 tsp cumin powder

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves

Bread crumbs

Oil for frying




Procedure

  • Peel and mash the boiled potatoes

  • Mix potatoes with the other ingredients except for bread crumbs and oil

  • Divide into equal portions and make balls

  • Shape balls into tikkis and roll them in bread crumbs

  • Heat tava and shallow fry tikkis with oil

  • Serve hot with ketchup.
