Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp almonds chopped
2 tbsp cashew nuts chopped
2 tbsp watermelon seeds
1 tbsp raisins
1/2 cup cornflakes lightly crushed
5 dates
1 tsp ghee
3 tsp honey
1/4 cup powdered jaggery
1 tsp butter or oil
Procedure
Dry roast oats and keep aside
Heat ghee and roast the chopped almonds, cashews, and watermelon seeds one by one
In the same pan saute chopped seeds and raisins for a second
Put the roasted nuts,raisins, dates,raisins and roasted oats in a bowl
In a pan put jaggery and 3 tblsp water , when the jaggery is melted add the butter and turn off the flame
Pour the jaggery syrup and honey in the bowl ,mix well with the nuts
Put the mixture in a greased tray and spread it evenly
Cut into bars once it comes to room temperature
Store in an airtight container
