Overnight Soaked Oatmeal






Ingredients

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk or curd

2- 3 tsp chia seeds/ sabja seeds

4 tsp honey

1 cup chopped fruits of your choice ( I used banana, apple, grapes, and mango)

3 tblsp chopped nuts like almonds, cashew nuts, and raisins




Procedure

  • Take one glass jar or glass, put the oats, curds, or milk

  • Add honey,sabja seeds, and chopped fruits and nuts

  • Close it with a lid and refrigerate overnight

  • Just get them out of the fridge the next morning and enjoy
