Ingredients
200 gms paneer cut into cubes
1/4 cup capsicum cut into dices
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tsp oil
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
In a kadhai heat oil and saute onion chopped, till transparent
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the moisture evaporates
Add coriander and pepper powder
Add red chilli powder and tomato puree and fry until oil leaves the sides.
Add capsicum and cook for 3 minutes
Put paneer cubes, salt and Kasuri methi and 1/4 cup water
Give a nice stir and make it boil for 5 minutes
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
