Paneer Do Pyaza





Ingredients

200 gms paneer cut into cubes

1/4 cup capsicum cut into dices

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

3 tsp oil

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp black pepper crushed

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 cup tomato puree

1/2 tsp Kasuri methi

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing




Procedure

  • In a kadhai heat oil and saute onion chopped, till transparent

  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the moisture evaporates

  • Add coriander and pepper powder

  • Add red chilli powder and tomato puree and fry until oil leaves the sides.

  • Add capsicum and cook for 3 minutes

  • Put paneer cubes, salt and Kasuri methi and 1/4 cup water

  • Give a nice stir and make it boil for 5 minutes

  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
