Paneer Pepper Burger





Ingredients

2 burger buns

2 tblsp butter

4 tblsp cheese spread or cheese slices


For the filling:


4 tsp oil

2 onions thinly sliced

3 garlic cloves finely chopped

1/2 cup tricoloured capsicum cut into thin slices

2 tsp red chilli paste or chilli powder

1/2 cup paneer slices

1 tsp cumin powder

2 tsp fresh cream

salt to taste

some fresh coriander leaves





Procedure

  • Heat a pan and add oil

  • Saute garlic and onion slices

  • Add capsicum slices and saute for 3 minutes

  • Add salt, and red chilli paste and fry for 2 minutes

  • Put paneer slices, cumin powder and fresh cream

  • Mix well

  • Cut the buns into2 slices, apply butter n toast on tava

  • Keep on a plate, apply cheese spread on both slices

  • Put around 4 tsp filling on one slice and close with the other

  • Serve immediately with ketchup.
