Ingredients
For the Roti:
1 cup wheat flour
Pinch of salt
Water ( to knead the dough )
For the stuffing:
1/2 cup Paneer pieces
1 chopped Onion
3 Garlic cloves
1 finely chopped Tomato
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp roasted Jeera Powder
2 tsp Chilli powder
3 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Mayonnaise per Roti (Optional)
Procedure
Knead the dough and make rotis.
Heat oil in a pan, saute finely chopped garlic and onion.
When it is half done, add the finely chopped tomatoes and fry.
Now add garam masala, jeera powder, soya sauce, and chilli powder.
Add the Paneer pieces and salt to taste.
Give it a good mix and then add the chopped corriander leaves.
Spread mayonnaise on the roti. Place the stuffing along a line and roll it.
Serve with Tomato ketchup.
This is a good dish for children's tiffin boxes and also a good tea-time snack.
