Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped pattha gobi/cabbage
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp jeera pdr
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp haldi pdr
1/2 tsp garam masala pdr
chopped coriander leaves
3 tsp oil + oil or ghee for cooking paratha
salt to taste
For the roti:
1 cup wheat flour
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Procedure
Mix the ingredients of roti and knead a semi-soft dough and keep covered
Wash cabbage and chop finely
In a pan heat oil and saute onions for 2 mins
Add green chilli paste and fry for 2 mins
Add cabbage and saute for 5 mins on a high flame
Add all the spices, coriander leaves and switch off the gas
Add salt and mix well
Divide the dough into portions and make balls
Roll each ball and stuff around 2 tblsp of stuffing, close it and again roll into semi-thick paratha
Heat pan and cook the parathas adding oil or ghee on both the sides
serve hot with curds and pickles or any chutney of your choice and enjoy.
