Paushthik Paratha With Dal





Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour

1/4 cup Soya bean atta

Salt to taste

Water to knead the dough

Mix the above ingredients and make a soft dough and keep for 1/2 an hour


For the filling:


1/2 tsp oil

1 tsp jeera

1 chopped onion

1/4 cup grated gobi(cauliflower)

1/4 cup grated cabbage

1/4 cup grated carrot

1 boiled and mashed potato

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp chat masala

Coriander leaves




Procedure


  • In a pan take oil and add jeera

  • Add chopped onion and saute it for 5 minutes

  • Add all grated veggies and cook for 5-10 minutes

  • Add all spices, salt to taste,coriander leaves and mix well

  • Make roti and keep around 3 ts of filling and cover it

  • Roll it and make thick roti

  • Heat Tava and cook parantha with oil or ghee

  • serve with dal or curds and pickle.
