Ingredients
1 cup boiled green peas
1 cup paneer cut into cubes or triangles
5 tsp oil
2 chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1 tomato
3 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp daniya jeera powder
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1/4 cup curd
2 tbsp fresh cream or Kaju paste
Salt to taste
Procedure
Apply little salt to paneer pieces n roast a little on tava adding little oil and keep aside
In a pan take oil, saute chopped garlic, ginger and onion till light brown in colour
Add chopped tomato n fry well
Put all spices, fry and add curd, boiled peas, paneer, salt and 1/4 cup water
Add cream, Kasuri methi and make it boil
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rotis.
