Ingredients
1 kg chicken
6 tsp oil
curry leaves
chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp lime juice
3 to4 tsp crushed pepper powder
3 tsp cornflour
Salt to taste
For the marination:
2 finely chopped onions,2 slit green chillies,3 tsp coriander powder,1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp garam masala powder,2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp turmeric powder, Salt to taste.
Procedure
Wash and clean chicken pieces
Marinate with the above ingredients and keep for 20 minutes
In a Kadai heat oil, add curry leaves and put the marinated chicken
Close with a lid and cook
Add pepper powder
Mix 3 tsp cornflour in 1/4 cup water and add to it
Cook till chicken is cooked
Add lime juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
