Pepper Chicken





Ingredients

1 kg chicken

6 tsp oil

curry leaves

chopped coriander leaves

2 tsp lime juice

3 to4 tsp crushed pepper powder

3 tsp cornflour

Salt to taste


For the marination:

2 finely chopped onions,2 slit green chillies,3 tsp coriander powder,1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp garam masala powder,2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp turmeric powder, Salt to taste.




Procedure

  • Wash and clean chicken pieces

  • Marinate with the above ingredients and keep for 20 minutes

  • In a Kadai heat oil, add curry leaves and put the marinated chicken

  • Close with a lid and cook

  • Add pepper powder

  • Mix 3 tsp cornflour in 1/4 cup water and add to it

  • Cook till chicken is cooked

  • Add lime juice and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
