Ingredients
1 cup roughly chopped cabbage
3 tsp oil
4 tsp CHING'S SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan and put the chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame
Add all the other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes
And your pickle is ready to use
After it comes to room temperature store in an airtight container
