Potato Bread Rolls









Ingredients

2 Boiled and mashed potatoes

1 or 2 bread slices

Finely chopped green chillies or red chilli powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp jeera powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Salt to taste

2 tblsp chiroti rava

2 tblsp cornflour

Oil for deep frying




Procedure

  • Put the boiled, mashed potatoes in a bowl, add powdered bread slice,chillies, masala powders, salt to taste and chopped coriander leaves

  • Mix well and divide into portions and make rolls

  • Mix cornflour and rava on a plate, roll each prepared rolls in it

  • Heat oil and deep fry the rolls in a medium flame until crisp and brown in colour

  • Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
