Ingredients
20 boiled baby potatoes(don't overcook )
1/2 capsicum cut into big pieces
8 tsp oil
1 onion chopped
2 tsp sp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1 tsp daniya pdr
2 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Make paste of:
1 big tomato
2 medium onions
6 garlic cloves
Procedure
Peel the potatoes and apply lil salt and keep aside
In a nonstick pan put 2 tsp oil and roast the capsicum with lil salt for 5 mins and keep in a bowl
In the same pan roast, the potatoes till their outer cover become light brown, transfer in a bowl
Put the remaining oil in the same pan and fry the chopped onions till translucent
Add the ground paste and fry till the oil separates and the raw smell goes off
Put the spice powders one by one, fry a little, and add 1/4 cup water, mix well
Now put soya sauce, potato, capsicum, salt to taste and toss well
Add chopped coriander leaves and tour potato chilli tomato fry is ready to eat
Serve hot with roti or any rice of your choice and enjoy.
