Potato Chilli Tomato Fry





Ingredients


20 boiled baby potatoes(don't overcook )

1/2 capsicum cut into big pieces

8 tsp oil

1 onion chopped

2 tsp sp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1 tsp kitchen king masala

1 tsp daniya pdr

2 tsp soya sauce

Salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves for garnishing


Make paste of:

1 big tomato

2 medium onions

6 garlic cloves



Procedure

  • Peel the potatoes and apply lil salt and keep aside

  • In a nonstick pan put 2 tsp oil and roast the capsicum with lil salt for 5 mins and keep in a bowl

  • In the same pan roast, the potatoes till their outer cover become light brown, transfer in a bowl

  • Put the remaining oil in the same pan and fry the chopped onions till translucent

  • Add the ground paste and fry till the oil separates and the raw smell goes off

  • Put the spice powders one by one, fry a little, and add 1/4 cup water, mix well

  • Now put soya sauce, potato, capsicum, salt to taste and toss well

  • Add chopped coriander leaves and tour potato chilli tomato fry is ready to eat

  • Serve hot with roti or any rice of your choice and enjoy.
