Potato Finger Fries

Ingredients

1 cup potato cut into fingers

3 tsp cornflour

1 tsp chilli powder

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying


Procedure

  • Mix potato fingers with salt, cornflour, and chilli powder with little water.

  • Deep fry into crisp fingers and serve with ketchup.
