Ingredients
2 Medium sized Potatoes
3-4 cloves of crushed Garlic
1 tsp Mixed Herbs/Oregano
2 tsp Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Procedure
Cut potatoes into wedges.
Marinate these wedges with crushed garlic, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, and salt.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Apply 1 tsp of oil on an Oven tray, and roast the wedges for 5 mins on each side ( 180 deg ).
You can also shallow fry them on a tava.
Serve this as an evening snack or you can also serve these are starters.
