Ingredients
8 deveined, cleaned prawns (with tail)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For marination:
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp lime juice
Marinate the prawns with the above ingredients for 1/2 an hour.
For the wrap
1 cup maida
3 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Procedure
Knead the tight dough with little water and keep for 1/2 an hour
Divide the dough into lemon size balls and roll into thin Rotis
Cut into rectangular pieces
Take one piece and keep one prawn on roti and start rolling it from one end
Seal the end with little water and deep fry into golden brown, crispy rolls
Enjoy with tomato ketchup
