Ingredients
1 cup dosa rice
1/2 cup toor dal/split pigeon peas
3/4 cup grated fresh coconut
5-6 or according to your taste red chillies
Salt to taste
2 cups finely chopped radish leaves
Procedure
Soak rice and dal in water for 2-3 hours
Wash well and grind with coconut, salt, and red chilies into a semi coarse paste
consistency is a little thicker than idli batter
Heat tava and spread dosa, cook on both sides, adding oil
Serve hot dosa with hot rice and dal.
