Ingredients
1/4 cup fenugreek seeds(methi)
1/2 cup cumin seeds (jeera)
1/4 cup peppercorns
2 cups coriander seeds (daniya)
4 cups red chillies
2 tsp haldi 4 tsp asafoetida powder
Procedure
Dry roast all the above ingredients separately and make a fine powder
store in an airtight jar after it comes to room temperature
