Rava Appo (Sweet)/Paniyaram





Ingredients


3 /4 cup Rava /semolina

1/2 cup grated fresh coconut

1/2 cup poha/ beaten rice

jaggery to taste

Pinch salt

1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Ghee or oil for cooking




Procedure


  • Wash poha and grind with Rava, coconut into a fine paste

  • add jaggery, cardamom, salt and grind again

  • Keep the batter for 1 hour and then make appo.
