Ingredients
2 cups water
1 cup fine rava (chiroti rava )
1 cup rice flour
1 tblsp butter
Salt to taste
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
pinch hing
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
In a pan boil water and add the rava, and the other seasonings, and keep stirring till it becomes thick
Remove from the gas and add butter, rice flour and knead a soft dough using little water if required
Take Chakli maker,use Muruku plate. Grease the mould and put the dough inside it.
Press directly in the hot oil and deep fry on a medium flame.
Once it turns crisp and golden in colour, transfer them on an absorbant paper.
Store in an airtight jar once it comes to room temperature.
