Ingredients
1 cup fine rava / sooji / semolina
2-3 finely chopped green chillies
1 chopped onion
2 sprigs of curry leaves finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup grated cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped green beans
1 grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Procedure
Take all the above ingredients in a bowl, mix well
Add little water and prepare the dough.
Keep aside the dough for 30 mins
Make lemon size balls out of the dough
Grease the tava / pan, place the ball of the dough
flatten it using your hands to prepare the rotis
Cook the roti on both sides adding oil
Serve hot with chutney and butter.
You can also prepare the rotis on plastic sheets or banana leaf and then transfer it onto the tava.
