Rava Tengol

Ingredients


1 cup Rava

2 cups rice flour

2 cups water

2 tsp sesame seeds/til

2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds

little hing/asafoetida pdr

Salt to taste




Procedure

  • Put Rava in the mixer and make fine powder

  • Boil 2 cups water, add Rava and cook till it becomes a lump like Upma

  • Let it cool, then add rice flour, salt, Hing, til and jeera, mix well

  • Add water if needed to adjust the consistency of the dough

  • Heat oil and make Tengol or chaklis

  • Store in an airtight container.
