Ingredients
1 cup fresh curd
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp green chilli paste
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 sprig of curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Put the curd in a bowl, add 1 cup water and beat well
Add salt, sugar and mix
Heat oil in a pan add mustard, when it starts crackling add curry leaves, garlic cloves and fry till garlic turns light brown
Add green chilli paste and fry for 2-3 mins
Put turmeric pdr, jeera and saute for a minute
Add 1/4 cup water and turn off the flame
Let it cool. Now add the curd to it and mix well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice.
