Ingredients
2 medium-sized raw mangoes
1/2 cup finely chopped gobi/ cauliflower
1/3 cup salt
1/3 cup mustard
3 cups of water
Gooseberry size hing/ asafoetida
30 red chillies
Procedure
Wash chopped gobi and spread on a kitchen towel until it becomes dry
Wipe the raw mango and cut it into small cubes
Take water and salt in a vessel and make it boil for 5 mins and let it cool
Grind red chillies,hing and mustard into a fine paste, using boiled and cooled saltwater
Mix the ground masala, raw mango cubes and chopped cauliflower and store in an airtight glass bottle.
If it is too thick then add boiled and cooled water to dilute it.
Always use a dry and clean spoon
You can use this after 3 -4 days of preparation.
