Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped fresh raw mango
5-6 garlic cloves
4-5 fresh red chillies (or dry)
Salt to taste
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
Procedure
Grind all the ingredients and make a fine paste.
Enjoy the chutney with dosa or idli.
