Roasted Bellpepper Soup

Ingredients


2 tomatoes

1 small carrot

1 small red bell pepper

1 chopped onion

4 garlic cloves

1 red Chilli

Salt to taste

little sugar

pepper powder

little cream

2 tsp Oil



Procedure

  • In cooker put chopped tomato, carrot, red chilli with 2 cups water and cook for 3 whistles

  • Apply little oil on bell pepper and roast it on gas

  • Peel it and keep aside

  • In a pan heat oil and saute chopped garlic and onion for 5 minutes

  • Blend all the ingredients and strain it

  • Adjust the consistency adding water

  • Add salt, sugar and make it boil

  • Serve hot with cream and pepper powder
