Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients

6 button mushrooms

Oil for roasting


For the marination:

2 tblsp hung curd

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp roasted jeera powder

1 tsp garam masala

2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp chat masala

Salt to taste

Mix the above ingredients and make a paste




Procedure


  • Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems, marinate with the prepared paste

  • Keep the marinated mushrooms in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hr

  • Heat tava and roast the mushrooms adding oil, both the sides

  • Serve hot with any dip or any rice or noodles.

Note: You can substitute mushrooms with paneer, baby potatoes, paneer, prawns or chicken.
