Ingredients
1/4 cup Sabudana / Sabbakki
1 cup milk
Sugar to taste
1 tsp cardamom powder
Nuts n raisins
1 tsp ghee
3-4 saffron strands
Procedure
Wash and soak sabudana in little water for 10 mins
Boil the milk and add sabudana to it and stir continuously till it is cooked(it becomes transparent after it is cooked)
Add sugar and boil for 5 mins
Garnish with cardamom powder and nuts, raisins roasted in ghee
Serve hot or chilled.
