Sabudana/ Tapioca Pearls Dosa

Ingredients


3 cups dosa rice

3/4 cup urad dal

3/4 cup sago/ Sabudana/ Tapioca Pearls

3/4 cup Poha/Avalakki/ beaten rice

1 tsp methi/ fenugreek seeds

Salt to taste

Oil for cooking dosa



Procedure

  • Soak rice, dal, sago, and methi in water for 5-6 hrs

  • Wash Poha and add to it before grinding

  • Grind the ingredients into a fine batter

  • Ferment overnight

  • Add salt, water and adjust the consistency of the batter

  • Heat Tava, take one ladle full batter and spread a little thick dosa

  • Flip, and cook both the sides with 2-3 tsp oil

  • Serve hot with chutney!!
