Sardine Fish Fry

Ingredients


6 nos sardine fish washed n cleaned

Salt to taste

2 tbsp rice flour for coating

Oil for deep frying


For the marination:

4 tsp rice flour

2 tbsp red chilli powder

salt to taste

1/2 tsp asafoetida/hing powder

Mix with water and make a fine paste and apply to the cleaned fish and keep in the fridge for 1/2 an hour.




Procedure

  • Heat oil in a pan

  • Roll each fish n rice flour and deep fry into crisp one

  • Enjoy with dal and rice.
