Ingredients
10 nos of mushrooms washed n sliced
4 tsp oil
5 garlic cloves chopped
1 slit green chili
2 onions are cut into chunks n separate the layers
1/2 capsicum cut into chunks
2 tsp red chili paste
2 tsp CHINGS SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp ketchup
1/2 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
In a pan heat oil and saute garlic till brown in color
Add green chili, onion and saute for 5 mins
Put capsicum chunks and saute for 3 mins
Put the sliced mushrooms,salt, and cook
Add all the other ingredients and mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with fried rice.
For the red chilli paste:
Grind 10 soaked red byadgi red chilies with 5 garlic cloves, salt to taste
