Schezuan Chilli Mushroom





Ingredients

10 nos of mushrooms washed n sliced

4 tsp oil

5 garlic cloves chopped

1 slit green chili

2 onions are cut into chunks n separate the layers

1/2 capsicum cut into chunks

2 tsp red chili paste

2 tsp CHINGS SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp ketchup

1/2 tsp vinegar

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves




Procedure

  • In a pan heat oil and saute garlic till brown in color

  • Add green chili, onion and saute for 5 mins

  • Put capsicum chunks and saute for 3 mins

  • Put the sliced mushrooms,salt, and cook

  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • Serve hot with fried rice.

For the red chilli paste:

Grind 10 soaked red byadgi red chilies with 5 garlic cloves, salt to taste
