Ingredients
2 medium-size potatoes
2 tblsp maida
3 tblsp cornflour
Salt to taste
2 chopped onions
2 green chillies chopped
4 garlic cloves chopped
3 tsp Schezuan Sauce
1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp soya sauce
Coriander leaves
3 tsp oil +oil for deep frying
Procedure
Cut potato into fingers and mix with cornflour, maida, salt, and little water
Deep fry till it becomes crisp and keep it aside
In a pan heat oil, saute chopped garlic, onion, green chillies one by one
Add sauces, and mix well
Add fried potatoes and toss well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
