Schezuan Pakoda

Ingredients


2 cups finely chopped or grated mixed veggies(carrot ,beans,cauliflower,baby corn,potato,capsicum)

2 chopped onions

1 tsp crushed ginger garlic

2 chopped green chillies

2 tsp chilli powder.2 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp ajinamoto (optional)

coriander leaves1/2 cup cornflour

3 tblsp rice flour

2 tsp maida

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp chat masala




Procedure

  • Mix all the above ingredients with little water to pakoda consistency and deep fry pakodas in uneven shape (like onion pakoda)

  • Serve with garlic sauce.
