Ingredients
1 cup cooked shevaiya
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
chopped coriander leaves
Lime juice to taste
salt to taste
Fresh grated coconut 2 tblsp
For the tempering:
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp urad dal
2 tsp chana dal
1 sprig of curry leaf
1/2 ts turmeric powder
Procedure
Cook shevaiya according to the instructions on the packet
Heat oil in kadayi and add the temperings one by one and fry for 2 minutes
Add Chopped capsicum, a little salt and keep covered for 5 minutes
Add cooked shavige, salt to taste, lime juice, and toss well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut Serve with hot coffee or tea.
