Ingredients
1 cup poddale/ snake gourd / paduval kayi
Oil for deep frying
1/4 cup rice flour mixed with 3 tsp fine rava
For the marination:
Make a paste of rice flour,hing, salt, and chilli pdr with little water and keep
Procedure
Wash and cut the poddale into 1/4 inch roundels or semi-circles
Marinate with the paste as required and keep for 10 mins
Roll each piece in rice flour and rava mixture and deep fry into crisp fritters
Serve hot with rice and dal.
