Ingredients
1/2 cup sooran/yam cut into small cubes
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
2 chopped green chillies
1 finely chopped onion
2 tsp coconut oil
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Procedure
Wash the cut sooran well and apply salt, keep for 30 mins
After 3o mins squeeze the water from it and deep fry into crisp ones
Take in a bowl and add all the other ingredients
Be careful while adding salt because you have already added salt to the sooran
Serve immediately with rice and dal.
