Soya Mushroom





Ingredients


1 pack of mushrooms

Marination:

1 tsp green chilli sauce

1 tsp Kasuri methi

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

2 tsp soya sauce

6 tblsp cornflour

Salt to taste

Marinate mushroom pieces with the above ingredients deep fry and keep aside.


Ingredients for the sauce:

4 tsp oil

1 chopped onion

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp chilli sauce

1 tsp pepper powder

2 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp tomato sauce

2 tsp lime juice

1 tsp Kasuri methi

1/4 cup chopped spring onion

some curry leaves




Procedure

  • In a pan heat oil and saute chopped garlic and onion for 3 minutes

  • Add the remaining ingredients and fry for 2 minutes

  • Add 1/4 cup water, salt to taste and mix well

  • Put the fried mushrooms and stir well

  • Garnish with fried curry leaves and serve hot.
