Ingredients
1/2 cup soya beans soaked in water for 3-4 hrs
1 chopped onion
2 bread slices
1 boiled potato
1/2 inch ginger and 3 green chillies crushed
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin pdr
1/2 tsp chat masala
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying tikkis
Bread crumbs
For Serving:
3 tblsp Schezuan chutney or any other chutney of your choice

Procedure
Grind Coarsely the soya beans and mix the other ingredients except for oil and bread crumbs
Shape into tikkis and shallow fry on tava
Toast the pav with butter, cut it and apply chutney on both the pieces
Place Tikki between the slices and serve hot with ketchup.
